today

today has been the day for interesting little tidbits

it started this morning with kc squawling and prowling
and when i went downstairs, it appeared as if a massacre had been committed
there were flecks of blood smeared all over my kitchen floor
and in the middle, there was this dead mouse
with its guts all hanging out
so needless to say, i was very proud of kc
and praised him profusely
and then i picked up the mouse by its tail
and flung it outside

took a trip to hbg this morning, to the cath lab
and as d and i were coming home, we were sitting at a traffic light
and i was watching this young man
he was dressed in a black suit and tie, white shirt
looked quite debonair, i must say
quite hte professional young man
and doesnt he go skipping off the sidewalk, as he crosses the street in front of us
i busted out laughing

forgot my wallet in central's amb
wasnt any too thrilled abt that
had to go the whole way to jco, after work, to pick it up
cause i wasnt abt to let it down there for 2 days

made a new glucometer control log
bossman basically gave me free rein
twas fun!

i picked the first 2 strawberries from my berry patch this evening
and popped them in my mouth, as i was headed to my garden

pulled some radishes, cut some lettuce
realized i need to weed
(i should do that tomorrow
but gots a dentist appt)

lets see, what else
oh, i brought in 2 deep dark red peonies and several buds
it makes a lovely boquet in my kitchen

and i guess that was the extent of my day
cancelled a hazmat for ems class for this wk
cause i got the dr appt for that lump, on thur
and i'd prefer not to cancel that appt

and i guess thats abt all the interesting things that have happened today
