jon brought over some tulip bulbs, and some daffodil bulbs
we planted them, and ripped out hte plastic that was on the one flowerbed
i was gonna have a landscaping party, but i couldnt make it suit everyone
and then it sorta got too late, for this yr

and abt 8pm, the pager goes, atv accident, flew that one
and while watching the chopper take off, get paged out again, for diabetic probs
so, now i have 2 charts to write

the class today, was not quite what i expected
if theres a trauma involved with hte burn, take care of the trauma first
then the burn
they're saying, triage to a burn center within 24 hrs
ABCDEF
airway, breathing, circulation, be aggressive with airway, with early intubation
disability/neuro, exposure
fluids and foley, early foley as well (foley's not my prob!)
secondary survey, triage to burn center, tetanus
clean dry drsg to cover burned areas

i was so upset, 3 wrong on the test
2 i got wrong legitimately, i should have known them
the 3rd, well, i didnt care
what does the expected % of burn victims in a disaster have to do with care? why is it on the test? thats just plain stupid. makes much more sense to test on the rule of 9s, or the maintenance rates for fluids
