leftovers

shortly after 5 today, i got a phone call
if we bring chix pizza, may t come and look up some stuff on your computer?

so, i stopped at klines, got lettuce, a tomato, cheese, and carrots for a salad
and went home, swept the floor, washed up the dishes
made my salad
and then got the table set
they showed up, we ate, and t got settled with my computer

j had brought along her dough, and she rolled and baked sticky buns
and i read to the kids
and we colored
kc hid
he's not fond of kids
he likes his orderly life

and she left me a plate of sticky buns
yummmy
and some of the left over pizza
and i've got salad left over
so, i'm all set for tomorrow
maybe even for sunday too
